American HD Bike Night – Howell, MI

On Wednesday, September 30th, cold weather, windy conditions and even the dark did not deter streetbike freestyler, Josh Borne from highchairing his Honda CBR600 at the renowned Shark Club in Howell, Michigan. Marking the last bike night of the season, this American Harley-Davidson sponsored event attracted only the most dedicated of motorcycle enthusiasts.

Spectators ignored the dropping barometer and cheered the pro-athlete’s performance. Cell phones were out in full force filming Josh’s spreaders and target stoppies. One trusting observer donated his Honda Valkyre for Josh to freestyle. The 750-pound bike was a little too heavy for traditional stoppies, but Josh gave it a whirl. The handsome cruiser hesitated slightly before finally giving in to Josh’s talents. A playful freestyle show on the big bike received a 100 percent approval rate from the crowd.

An array of new Harley customs and cruisers were parked in a neat line next to the Borne Freestyle Entertainment tour trailer. This buffet of chrome beauty offered the audience just a small taste of the quality and wide selection of new and used motorcycles offered at American Harley-Davidson.

Inside the warm and spacious Shark Club, friendly service, cold beer and a winning hand of poker beckoned in Harley and Sportbike fans alike. Endless all you can eat ribs and freestyle talk kept show goers buzzing all night.

“There is nothing better than hanging out with people after a show. Especially if all you can eat ribs are involved.” –Josh Borne

A special thanks to the dedicated riders from Detroit Sportbikes for coming out and showing support.

Josh Borne will perform at Empire 7’s “Tearing It Up 3” on October 10th at the Hayloft in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
